Still no NACS adapter

I still haven’t received my complimentary NACS adapter; I received the initial email April 24th, asking me to confirm my address. Over the last few months I’ve been told to be patient and that I’d receive the tracking email once the adapter was shipped. In fact, customer assistance told me June 6th, I would see the tracking email in 7-10 days. Of course, I never got the tracking email. I just got off the phone with Hyundai Assistance Center and the representative told me I should see the tracking email in FOUR MONTHS. She told me that with no empathy or understanding of how ridiculous the customer service has been. I’m a patient abd tolerant person, but this behavior from Hyundai is really unacceptable. My parents taught me when I was a child “never make promises you can’t keep”. Nuff said.
